Those interested in the creative pursuits in life will appreciate this 46-page booklet now available at the Waikanae Library as well as at the KCDC offices in Paraparaumu.

It provides a general listing of artists’ studios and galleries in the Kapiti district.  In Waikanae these are Artel Gallery; Audrey Moore; Graeme D. Hitchcock; Jane Santos mosaic artist; Kokopelli art studio; Mahara Gallery; Michelene Robinson; Nerida Rudd; Riverstone Garden; the Huia Gallery and Warren Ixer.  In the beach area there are Artwizz Abstract Studio; Diane Connal; Donna Clarke; Kaye Bustin Studio; Michelle Retimana; Pamella Annsouth Pottery; Stewart MacKay; Studio 154; and Sue Gardiner.

In all then, just visiting those in Waikanae should keep one occupied for a day or two. 🙂
