Although surrounded by long-established houses (Sylvan Avenue in the foreground of the pic), this area has always been vacant. With only 10 lots (sections) it’s not noteworthy in terms of population/traffic increases or infrastructure needs.
Of the 10 lots, one has been sold, the other 9, ranging in size from 480 m2 to 596 m2, are being auctioned on 29 April by Professionals real estate.
We gather the land was owned by the Catholic church, hence the name.
