Picture Perfect Framing at 12 Parata Street wasn’t actually in the arts trail, but when we went past the flag was outside so we popped in for a look.  Warren Ixer’s photography of Kapiti landscapes is on display (two pictures visible in the top left corner of the pic), and there are also plenty of other framed pieces to make empty interiors walls more exciting and appealing.
