Complementary to Roger Childs’ series on the path to fitness, this new book should provide some temptation on what you can do once you’ve attained good fitness.  Geoffrey was invited to be the editor of it and he says it’s a very worthwhile read, with a lot of information about not only significant hill and mountain trails in NZ and parts of Europe, but also plenty of practicalities.

The book has 256 pages, 83,000 words, 24 pages of colour photos, softback, and was printed in Paraparaumu.  It is available at Coastlands Paper Plus (RRP $35).
