We have been told the Delta variant is incredibly infectious; you only have to look at someone who is infected and you catch it.

But a positively infected person arrived in our town and mixed with hundreds of locals over a few days in enclosed spaces like pubs, bars, shops and cafes not just in the town but up in Colville a village half an hour’s drive north.

This man had left a trail of infections behind him in Auckland. The enclosed spaces in which he moved in Coromandel town provided ideal grounds for infection yet, after weeks of investigations, testing and inoculating, not a single case of covid-19 was found in the entire area. These events can not all be true. Something is wrong here. Is this not food for some kind of journalist?
