Believe it or not, this is Kate Brown, the Governor of Oregon (a Democrat naturally).
She’d better not trip and fall on her face, otherwise she might never get that bauble out of her mouth. Or maybe its already stuck and she is just trying to hide that. Upside is, either way you most likely can’t hear her speak.
