Russia have a low rate of vaccination, so restaurants get effected more because less people vaccinated(only around 40% Russians)
Meanwhile Kiwi flock on mass for their shots, so businesses here may not get as effected.

Russia has developed its own ‘vaccine’ which may be more effective than the ones developed by America’s Big Pharma including Pfizer, however, it is still a rushed experimental treatment and if uptake of it by the population is that low, it won’t have generated much confidence. The Russian government would accordingly have realised that establishments won’t stay in business if they are expected to exclude the majority of the population. From the data on the Delta variant there is just no excuse to impose any ‘vaccine’ on people, anyway.
Your dear leader would be feeling disapointed that people were not applauding her brillance at destroying lives and segregating people. After all it is all about the science and health advice which no government cares to reveal.
