For those yet to discover Zoom, this is a computer app that enables people to connect in real time over the Internet by sharing a screen (how many panels the screen is divided into and who gets the screen at any point is controlled by the person who sets it up). You need a laptop or desktop computer with a microphone and, if you want to be seen, a camera.

KCDC Community Board meetings will not be livestreamed while they are held online. People interested in following the meetings will need to request the Zoom link: Members of the public who wish to attend meetings that are not livestreamed may request to attend the meeting by Zoom by e-mailing democracy.services@kapiticoast.govt.nz by no later than 12:00 pm the [Monday] before the meeting.

The Agenda for next Tuesday evening’s meeting (26-page pdf) is here — the main item of interest is the actual and proposed upgrade of the Beach Community Hall in Rauparaha Street (pages 6-11).
