I’m sorry but I fail to see why the tax payer should pay for alcohol for politicians and civil servants.
Is there something wrong with Tea, Coffee, Water, Orange and Milo?
I also notice Lamb on there, shouldn’t they be eating lentils and rice instead. That would be more inline with their climate change policy of avoiding meat?
I follow a plant based diet and avoid alcohol, so you can’t accuse me of hypocrisy here.

So we’re paying for their alcohol while many people have to choose between their medicine, their rent and their food, because they can’t afford all three. Shame on our politicians.

Stuart Nash was on the radio today promoting the conversion of farm land to forestry and he actually said how much better for the ecosystem it would be and that the wood harvesting was just a bonus.
Green pasture captures far more carbon than forestry and that is fact!
This idiot needs to go and look at any water catchment, creek or river that is fed by run-off from radiata forestry blocks. Then he needs to go and look at what happens to the land and the river when they cut that radiata forest.
