According to the sycophantic TVNZ News, “Biden picks Ardern’s brain on combatting violence, extremism“. Um, right then: send $US 47 billion of military aid to prop up an uber-corrupt regime that you played a big role in setting up, where your son has been heavily involved in shonky deals, rather than negotiate a peace settlement — that is the way to go to combat violence and extremism according to Dear Leader. Hmm.
If Biden actually has “picked Ardern’s brain” he will have found little that’s useful on anything that is good for achieving peace, prosperity and democracy.

I support entirely all points that you have made.

I’m reminded of a quote attributed to Aldous Huxley although that may be contestable. Any way, here it is. It fits Ardern like a glove
“The perfect dictatorship would have the appearance of democracy, a prison without walls in which the prisoners would not dream of escape. A system of slavery where, through consumption and entertainment, slaves would love their servitude.”

As usual the sycophants at TVNZ have let the New Zealand public down badly with their puerile reporting of important events. What the NZ public REALLY wants to know is did Creepy Joe sniff Ardern’s hair and did it bring on a bout of hay fever?

Wouldn’t one have enjoyed being a fly on the wall when that meeting took place.
Two egomaniacs whose socialist arrogance and incompetence has been making the wealthy super rich and plunging the working people into desperate poverty.
I seriously doubt that they had any interest in enabling humble working people (whose real wages have been declining steadily for the past 30 or 40 years) to better their lives.
Just throw them a few crumbs now and again and keep them dependent.
More likely just how they intend to control what everyone else is allowed to think, say or do and, of course, the weather as well.
I find it surprising that they were not invited to Davos this year where the chosen ones who really decide what is in store for the rest have their secretive planning meetings.
I guess they will receive further instructions in due course from whoever selected, supported and promoted them to their positions of political celebrity.
According to reports from Davos “the masses” are going to have to bear the burden of economic failure as usual so the rich and famous can continue to live in luxury.
Why do voters never wonder how the people whose names are on the ballot papers got there?
