Where was this painted? Just curious. It is very well done. Just as an aside, concerning Cuddles’s Gestapo, I did an OIA request to find out who provides Professional Liability Insurance for “the plods.” I was officially informed that NZ Police do NOT have Professional Liability Insurance. I wonder why not?
Probably because the tax paying public, pay and fines or compensation claims made against them. We insure them in effect.
I’m thinking of opting out of the tax system all together.
