A Pagan though I now be, I once upon a time grew up in rural NZ under the cloak of Christianity and I do recall a few lessons from Sunday School.
One was: Mathew 10.36: ‘A man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.’
Lieutenant Breaker Murant reverted to this lament at his execution by firing squad for obeying Lord Kitchener’s commands – “Show no mercy”.
As I take a look at the National Party’s performance, I wonder how applicable might be this Script to the very concerning atrophy of this once great Political Party.
Jump back in time, I penned:
“The irony of the land grab however, by my assessment, falls squarely at the feet of former Prime Minister Rt Hon Sir John Key and his Attorney General Chris Finlayson.
It was the National government of 2011 which overturned the protection against Maori land grab which had been provided by Prime Minister Helen Clark’s Labour government in 2004 when parliament passed the Foreshore and Seabed Act which deemed the title to be held by the Crown.
Helen Clark made it clear to the then Chief Justice Sian Elias, following the latter’s speculative commentary about the sanctity of Maori Customary law, that the ultimate law-making body in New Zealand was its sovereign parliament.
Helen Clark’s protection was repealed and replaced by National’s John Key via the Marine and Coastal Area Act 2011. (1)
In my view, unquestionably, the ignition to the resurgence of Maori Separatism lies at the doorstop of John Key.
Now we have Christopher Luxon, who by many accounts, appears to have been ushered into a safe National constituency by John Key and also touted as the leader National was lacking under Hon Judith Collins (whom John Key had previously dismissed from Cabinet).
Chris Luxon’s failure to unequivocally rebuke the Labour government for its racially divisive policies and pledge National to a policy of:
“Equality for all before the law, irrespective of race creed, colour, religion or beliefs”,
has been very disappointing to me and every one of the politically astute in the cabal with whom I consort (and could name if challenged – to validate my claim).
His penchant to apologies causes me to wonder whether he might soon apologies for being a male?
In my view, Mr Luxon lacks the confidence to lead National during a point in time when the party needs bold unequivocal leadership.
His pitiful performance over Abortion Rights is a case in point. The simple answer to that issue was: “Abortion is a conscience vote. It always has been thus, in the National caucus.”
I gave Chris Luxon a fair hearing when he arrived (2).
Today I say: “In the best interests of National, Mr Luxon – it’s time to move aside and allow Nicola Willis to take the reins.
Meanwhile, I do ponder the applicability of Mathew 10.36 to the plight of my former fortress.

And now National appoint a bastard bully to their ranks. Absolutely astounding that a selection committee and Uffindell should hide the fact that he was a confirmed bully at school. And remember while he was caught out only once bullys never stop, onece a bully always a bully.
So just when national with their flaky leader start to make a bit of ground they fly their true blue flag of deceit and lies again.

Well, an event that happened 23 years ago doesn’t quite compare with how the Mallard and Dear Leader using Commandant Coster & Co. behaved towards protesters outside Parliament earlier this year does it? See the reports of severe injuries that pair caused to many innocent people at the time.

It would appear careless that knowing of this vicious attack on a fellow human, coupled with being expelled they even entertained letting Uffindel stand.
It was a disaster just waiting to happen.
From what I’ve read Uffindel is a globalist with a fairly opaque past.
For Uffindel to realise about a year ago that it was time to apologise after 22 years silence is just way too convenient for most people to stomach.
Did the selection committee never entertain the idea that after such a long period that the victim wouldn’t have his own revenge at some point.
Had I been beaten like that by such a savage bully there is no way I would accept an apology. One has to wonder how many other recipients there were who experienced Uffindel’s largesse.

Yes, the Uffindell affair is not a good look, I agree.
But I know plenty of people who did stupid shit when they were young.
The question for me is .. have they let such past actions define them .. or have they learnt from it, and reformed themselves.
Uffindell’s body language and attitude suggest to me it’s likely to be the latter. And now he’s been outed as a childhood (former life) bully .. he’s probably less likely to get away with bullying behaviour .. than most of the rest of the clowns in parliament.

I have been saying this same thing for months and have regularly suggested that John Key should hand back his knighthood and go back into parliament, apologize to the country for the disaster he has created, and do whatever he can to put some spine back into the National party and rectify the damage before it is too late.

Seems to me that people have forgotten about the Age of Enlightenment and the understanding of NATURAL LAW and NATURAL RIGHTS that laid the foundations for Liberal Democracy.
I suggest that you look it up on Google.
Learn about John Locke and the other wise people that opposed tyranny, cruelty and misery.
Prior to the 18th century people were ruled by absolute despots who claimed the “divine right” to do whatever they wanted to to everyone else.
There was no understanding of equality or people’s rights to life, liberty, property and deciding what would happen to their own bodies.
Natural Rights are inalienable and must never be compromised or violated by the laws of man or woman.
We are all entitled to live, think, speak and act as we wish so long as we cause no physical harm to others or the property of others.
We are all entitled to participate equally (1 vote for each person) to choose who will temporarily govern us and we are obliged to prevent these “employees” from imposing any legislation that restricts or violates our natural rights.
Our employees in governments must always regard all citizens as equal regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, religious beliefs, or any other differences when making rules and regulations.
They must also ensure that our communally owned property is conserved, protected and remains equally accessible to everyone who respects and uses it responsibly.
Unfortunately, people with political ambitions do not always understand and respect our Natural rights and natural law because they are motivated by a desire for authority and power.
Power, as we ought to understand, tends to corrupt those who seek and gain it and absolute power corrupts them absolutely.
It is our responsibility to ensure that the people we elect/hire to work for Us in Our government do not become corrupted by the authority and power we temporarily grant them and also to remove those that do become corrupted.
The our current political employees are deceiving themselves and the rest of us when they say they are Liberal and Kind.
They are constantly imposing legislation that limits and violates our natural rights because they are Authoritarian and Cruel.
Claiming that imposing their will upon the rest of us is “for our own good” is deluded and false because they have no right to make such decisions for the rest of us.
It is clearly evident that we have allowed the elite minority of influential people in our political system to become corrupted by the power we allowed them, to have and we must stop this now to avoid the end of Democracy and descent into the tyranny of the past.
We can, for now, still oppose this violation of natural law and evolving government tyranny by responsible and peaceful political activism and prevent the authoritarianism and oppression that will inevitable lead to violent rebellion, anarchy and chaos if we if we do not protect our natural rights now.
We have the opportunity to reject the authoritarian (red, green or blue) people who have taken control of our political system and are violating our natural rights in the next election and denying them the authority and power that has corrupted them is for their good as well as our own.

Friends,
I’m bothered by 2 things.
1.The widespread fear & abhorrence to be labelled a “racist” currently applied thoughtlessly to anyone who would advocate for democracy & equality of citizenship & extrapolated out to the effect of taking away superior rights & privilege’s to someone known as “mao.ri”.
Leads me to :
2.Sprinkled liberally in every paragraph is the word “maori” as if we are meant to know what constitutes such a being. Would my brother, for example, visiting from Colorado be able to look out the car window & spot one or even myself?
it has become a nonsense term only useful for opportunists looking to cash in,[literally], on any privileges’ attached in tandem.

Mr Jones QSM sir.
Perhaps you are familiar with what is called the Age of Enlightenment or “Enlightenment” and understand the importance of the people with great minds who understood Natural laws and Natural Rights.
Perhaps you also understand how these wise people enabled the rest to understand the horror and injustice of omnipotent rulers who cruelly and unjustly imposed their “divine right” on the rest of the people and caused such suffering and misery.
Bloody and horrible revolutions were required to win the acceptance of natural law and natural rights and establish the concepts of Liberal Democracy from which we have benefitted from so greatly.
These wise people also warned us to be ever vigilant and oppose any and all people that do not respect our natural rights so that the inequality, injustice, oppression, cruelty, tyranny and misery of the past did not return.
When people who become corrupted by the authority and power we grant them, they inevitably violate natural laws and rights.
Perhaps we have forgotten this and are allowing Omnipotent Moral Busybodies to have too much political influence, authority and power and become corrupted by it?
The people we chose and elected (to temporarily serve the people) in our government are not our rulers!
They are “employed” and paid by all of us to respect and preserve our natural rights to life, liberty, property and sovereignty over our own bodies unless there is proof that we are not respecting the natural rights of others..
No-one is entitled to decide and force other people do or not do what is “for their own good.
That is our own decision to make as long as we respect and do not physically harm other people or their property.
These “employees” must never be allowed to impose any legislation that impairs or violates out natural rights but they seem to have forgotten
Power inevitably corrupts those who desire it and absolute power absolutely corrupts them.
This corruption results to tyranny, authoritarian rule, oppression, poverty, injustice, cruelty and misery that leads no violent revolutions, anarchy and chaos.
The people in this government are not at all liberal or kind as they pretend to be. They are increasingly more authoritarian, cruel, ignorant and disrespectful of the rest of us and our inalienable natural rights.
They are judging and sentencing us for potential crimes that we have not committed with no evidential proof or justification.
They feel somehow entitled to control our lives, restrict our freedoms, confiscate our personal property and decide what is done to our bodies and this is NOT “for our own good”.
We are about to lose the benefits of liberal democracy and descend into the tyranny of the past and people do not understand the misery that will result.
The corrupting influence of authority and power seems to infect the culture of the red, blue and green parties and perhaps we need to reject them in this election for our good and theirs as well?
