He is about 8m from the car and in front of it. The car is right outside the mosque entrance in the car park. When he first goes into the mosque the car is there. When he returns from shooting the second person there is a cone in the middle of the car park entrance. When he returns from the alley after his second trip outside, the cone has been knocked out of the way or moved by the person driving the Toyota Will as the car is no longer in the car-park. Why didn’t he shoot the person in the Toyota?
The Toyota Will with matching licence plate was seen later on news real footage being flagged through a police cordon, it was also seen by numerous people, parked on a Christchurch st. It was on google street view at the same location mentioned above.
The house it was parked outside of was the owner/manager of the mosque, can’t recall which.
A day or 2 earlier, the same person was responsible for having a local electrical company disconnect a door release button at the back of the mosque that would have allowed 20 plus people escape, we know this as they were piled against the door unable to escape.

Brian I do and I looked further into it and what you were unable to explain was generation synchronicity on a network. There are systems already in place for gas, coal, hydro, wind and solar energy generation. I would say the reason the that northern South America objected was because they didn’t have those systems in place. Go look up how they black start a system. There was an event in North East America, including the whole of New York and parts of Canada in 1965 which created a need for a system wide black start procedure on all grids around the world. A small 12 Mega Watt generator restarted the whole grid and they synchronised each successive generator with that small generator one by one. I have done work in Montalto hydro station which is, as I have been informed, used to black start High Bank Hydro power station if they have issue with their diesel generators.

There was an event in North East America, including the whole of New York and parts of Canada in 1965 which created a need for a system wide black start procedure on all grids around the world. A small 12 Mega Watt generator restarted the whole grid and they synchronised each successive generator with that small generator one by one. I have done work in Montalto hydro station which is, as I have been informed, used to black start High Bank Hydro power station if they have issue with their diesel generators.
