Looks like the city is humming, and has largely recovered from occupation by al Nusra.
Shame they don’t show the old bazaar which is huge and rather more picturesque than downtown.
Last time I was in Aleppo, we followed Agatha Christie’s example and stayed at the Baron Hotel (she wrote “Murder on the Orient Express” here). Good that we did: I’m not sure it will have survived war and earthquake. I gather they were putting up refugees at one time.
All the suffering that the people of Syria were put through because of Hillary (with Joe and Barack) is really tragic. As bad as Assad is, his reign was far better than what the Imperialists’ intervention put them through.
