The Green Party already includes a Te Reo word in its name — Green Party of Aotearoa — so they should go a step further and have their whole name in Te Reo — Te Pati Kakariki o Aotearoa.
Kakariki is the Maori word for Green as well as that of a parrot. Their level of intelligence is about the same, the parrots being higher. Recordings of Kakariki sounds are here, readers will likely prefer these to the utterances of the human versions.
I’m reminded of Kakariki activists squawking endlessly about vaccination at local election meetings last year.
An insult to the Kakariki Parrot to have its name entwined to the snotty nosed Green party! The Parrot has a lot more brains than the whole Green Party put together.
The Greens are massive hypocrites already as well as being educated idiots. We like the parrot reference as in parroting neo-Marxist dogma and Globalist hoaxers. But definitely the animal versions are wanted, the human versions aren’t.
