The one everyone knows about — and which Donald Trump as President called the biggest blunder of all — was George W. Bush’s invasion of Iraq, actively supported by Joe Biden and Hilary Clinton.
Yet according to the Leftists, including the Jacinda government, all this was fine; but Russia intervening militarily in Ukraine — oh no, it’s ‘genocide’, ‘brutality’, ‘crimes against humanity’, ‘women and children killed’, and so on.
The hypocrisy of the Leftists is plain to see. Although Russia lost the moral high ground with its operation in Ukraine, it’s nothing that the U.S. government hasn’t done numerous times. Sometimes major human rights abuses by totalitarian regimes were a legitimate reason, and sometimes they weren’t.

And history almost repeated itself under Obama/Trump. All so Genie oil could have oil and gas piplines from the Middle East to supply Europe and compete with the Russian pipelines that currently still supply the majority of Europe.
Russia has other interests in the countries that are on it’s borders and it is to do with energy supply. Various experts have been talking about a coming energy crisis and energy war for quite a few years now.
