the Leftists’ CNN is rapidly losing viewers

The left-leaning news channel, CNN, recently hit an all-time low among the 24-54 age group.

That’s the demographic most favored by advertisers, but CNN’s weekend political shows racked up a mere 55,000 viewers. There are many political commentators on the Internet who are currently receiving more views. “Salty Cracker,” for instance, attracts up to six times more viewers than CNN. That said, the big advertisers want nothing to do with truth-tellers such as Salty Cracker. CNN has globalist corporations who support the content CNN puts out. Average Americans don’t want to hear it, but the globalists want them to.

I recently heard one of CNN’s paid flunkies refer to Hunter in sympathetic terms. He said Hunter’s behavior was ’sloppy,’ but there was nothing illegal going on. He said the charges made by many Republicans were being made for drama purposes only and they had zero evidence to back up their charges. He said the baseless allegations have long been disproven. That isn’t journalism, it’s covering up real crimes committed by the Biden family. No wonder people won’t watch CNN.

We’ve all had enough of their obvious propaganda.

on KCDC’s Maori ward plans –2.

A Maori Ward for Kapiti? An Emphatic NO!

By Roger Childs

It’s important that we hear from mana whenua and the wider community ahead of making a decision on whether to make this change to our representation arrangements. –Kapiti Coast District Council Mayor, Janet Holborow

A foregone conclusion by the Mayor

The Mayor says that the feedback would not be binding but would “inform” the Kapiti Coast District Council’s (KCDC) decision. That says to me: ‘it’s going to happen, so no-one needs to give their feedback to KCDC because a separate Maori ward is a fait accompli.’

At present there are three Maori “representatives” who each pick up $45,000 annually whether they get along to the Council meetings or not. Moving to having one ward representative would be better than the current system, but when the public in the past has had a say around the country through referenda on the issue, the vast majority voted against Maori wards.

If asked, most people would say that Councils should be made up of people voted in during a local body election, regardless of their claimed ethnicity. There is no legal obligation or requirement to have separate Maori representation, and the so-often misquoted 1840 Treaty of Waitangi gave the natives (later called Maori) equal rights, not special rights.

The positions on Council should be taken by the best people available, voted into office through a fair, democratic election.

We are all New Zealanders

Anyone born in this country or who has gained citizenship, is a New Zealander, or in the common parlance, a Kiwi. Grouping people on so-called ethnicity grounds is ridiculous, and smacks of the South Africa apartheid era Population Registration Act. The South African government was soon aware of the futility of population classification. Their definition of a WHITE started with Who in appearance obviously is, or who is generally accepted as a white person. A COLOURED was a person Who is not a white person or a native.

In 1959 they decided on seven categories of Coloureds – Cape Coloured, Chines, Indian, Cape Malay etc… A Maori family living in Capetown at the time would have been classified as Coloured.

In our census when we are asked to state our ethnicity, and I always put “New Zealander”.

How would you qualify to vote?

If Kapiti did have a separate Maori ward, how would you qualify to vote for the candidates? Would one sixteenth Maori blood, like Steve (Tipene) O’Regan, be enough? If you needed to be more than 50% Maori, hardly anyone in the country would qualify. People today who claim to be Maori are largely the descendants of colonists. In reality they are part-Maori.

New Zealanders have various backgrounds and interests and may identify with particular cultures and take pride in those traditions. They may wish to be known as Somali New Zealanders, Tongan New Zealanders, Irish New Zealanders, Maori New Zealanders, whatever.  But their first culture is that of New Zealand where they live and have citizenship: a tradition of equality and egalitarianism, love of the outdoors, a rich arts heritage, pride in sporting achievements, enjoyment of the “café culture”, taking part in local groups, participating in exercise and so on.

Are Maori needs and interests different?

People who call themselves “Maori” use the schools, medical amenities, roads, buses, trains, shops, libraries, sports facilities, cinemas and other public services like all other New Zealanders. Do they have any needs which the Council could provide that are unique to the “group”?

The mayor want to hear firstly from mana whenua and then the wider community. Apparently mana whenua means “the indigenous people (Māori) who have historic and territorial rights over the land”. But are Maori indigenous?  They came from Hawaiki further north in Polynesia and were themselves migrants and colonists.

The date of their arrival is considered to be about the mid-13th century, long after the civilization of Ancient Greece, the Roman Empire, and the Norman Conquest. There is much evidence, some from tribal oral history, which shows that there were people living here when the early Polynesians arrived. So Maori today are not indigenous.

As regards the history of the Maori in Kapiti, the three main tribes – Raukawa, Ngatiawa and Ngati Toa – arrived in the early 19th century from the Bay of Plenty and Waikato.  In the twenty or so years before the Treaty of Waitangi brought peace, Maori fought over the land of the area in unrelenting tribal warfare characterized by slaughtering prisoners, cannibalism and slavery. Not a history to be proud of.

Let’s have a Council based on equality

“All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.” So says the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights which New Zealand signed up to in 1948.

No other ethnic group in New Zealand has special representation, and having a separate Maori ward in the Kapiti District would breach the country’s obligations under the UN Declaration.

FICA is a U.S. federal payroll tax which stands for the Federal Insurance Contributions Act and is deducted from each pay.

In Chippyland someone on $70,000 (about $US 42,000 at present) a year has an overall income tax rate of about 20% — twice that ($NZ 140,000 or $US 84,000) and the overall rate increases to 26.5%.

There is no equivalent FICA tax but instead there is a GST rate of 15% on nearly all purchases of goods and services which is over double the average state sales taxes in the US (which often don’t apply to services.)

‘a CIA front organization’: revisiting EcoHealth covid claims after Fauci ‘influence’ campaign bombshell

30 Saturday Sep 2023

As with just about everything substantial these days, it looks like the CIA was involved with EcoHealth and gain-of-function research in Wuhan.

by Tyler Durden at zerohedge.com:

Following Tuesday night’s bombshell report from Congressional investigators that Dr. Anthony Fauci was smuggled into CIA headquarters “without a record of entry” where he “participated in the analysis to “influence” the Agency’s” Covid-19 investigation,” it’s worth revisiting claims made by former EcoHealth Alliance scientist, Andrew Huff, about the CIA’s alleged connections to EcoHealth and Covid-19.

A Brief Review

Recall that EcoHealth received lucrative contracts to perform experiments on bat Covid in Wuhan, China after the Obama administration banned gain-of-function research in 2014. Four months prior to the ban, the NIH effectively shifted this research to EcoHealth, headed by Peter Daszak. The research was shielded from government oversight by Fauci’s NIAID, and Daszak was forced to report after the fact that he’d engaged in gain-of-function experiments.

Peter Daszak, Anthony Fauci pose for a picture.

“As a virologist, I think creating chimeras of SARS-related bat coronaviruses that are thought to pose high risk to humans entails unacceptable risks,” virologist Jesse Bloom told The Intercept.

The questions the TV Labourites didn’t ask

29 Friday Sep 2023

But the biggest lie we are facing is the one that Messrs Willie Jackson, Mahuta, Tamihere, Morgan etc are feeding this nation with regard to the revised history of the country. Maori do not exist as a ‘pure’ race anymore, we are all the result of immigration from somewhere, they were never indigenous and a treaty ‘partnership’ is nothing but a contrived fabrication. None of that was in the debate either.

by Rod Kane on the BFD

I have no idea who the winner [of the Party Leaders debate] was on Wednesday night but it’s fairly obvious who the losers were: us.

This wasn’t a debate, it was a badly choreographed yell fest. Hipkins came off the blocks shouting like an enraged parrot and he never really stopped until well into the piece when Luxon finally told him, in the nicest way possible, to STFU.

Hipkins was nothing short of rabid. With nothing but six years of catastrophic failure behind him and two weeks out from an election, suddenly finding answers to all the massive problems HE gave us in the first place, he should have been like a naked cooked turkey waiting for the first plunge of the debating cleaver.

But no, time after time, Luxon allowed himself to be shouted down and tried to talk himself out from underneath a ranting unstoppable mouth. Hipkins is absolutely desperate, and that had to be patently obvious. Luxon is equally desperate, fighting for his two ticks which he is not going to get because he refuses to face the hard questions and appeal to the sane, common-sense vote. Peters and Seymour are doing just that and are arguably the winners last night, and could be the big winners of the election itself if they could just wake up and STOP arguing. These two guys are doing everything to feed fuel into a desperate Labour fire, and that’s all Labour has.

Paddy Gower, basking in his own self-importance, either quite forgot why he was there or was just plain incompetent. When it came to controlling a runaway Hipkins, he did nothing at all. Instead, Luxon did that job quite well. His questions were quite good, but just why would these debate controllers not ask the questions we all want to hear? Hipkins is about to give the country on a plate to Maori interests and full tribal control, and yet there was nothing on that. On the question of ‘are we a racist country?’, both leaders had the ideal opportunity to bring up the elephant in the room, the oncoming steam train of a two-race apartheid, but Yeah Nah, they were just too timid to go anywhere near it.

This country is living a lie, a massive one. Yes, Labour has destroyed the economy and yes there are massive questions about the connections of both Hipkins and Luxon to the WEF, UN and WHO. There are also big questions as to the Covid response and the excess deaths that we are now seeing following the covid-19 ‘vaccine’. Nobody wants to talk about that, and whatever the answers are, we need to know and the questions need to be asked and they aren’t, not even in a debate.

Once again Hipkins went on at length about job loss numbers in the public sector and Luxon only once meekly offered that 14,000 additional staff hired by the Labour government should go. He should have been screaming it!

When Hipkins was ranting about the great education he had coming for our kids, again Luxon had a shipload of high explosive ammunition in the fact that Hipkins, who held the education portfolio for five years, was responsible for it! Luxon could have and should have leapt over the lectern and grabbed him by his scrawny treasonous throat (metaphorically). Luxon mentioned it as an afterthought and if he wanted to get the public really on his side he could have started on the diverse sexual practices being taught to our young impressionable minds at school. All there in the box of political dynamite. But…nothing.

Hipkins had nothing to offer but yelling over the top of Luxon at every opportunity while trying to hide and deflect from his party’s abysmal performance of the last six years. Gower seemed to be basking in the mess he had created, for the sake of rabid entertainment. But surely, aren’t we, the voting public, deserving of better than this? Didn’t we really want to see what each was like on subjects of national importance rather than rabbit on about playing with tax and GST?

Isn’t co-governance, the loss of our water, the beaches, lakes and rivers, our mineral resources, parks and reserves, at least as important? Aren’t we deserving of an answer to the question of why we embarked on a separate racist health system in the middle of an economic disaster of Labour’s own making? Or why do we have to have unelected race-based seats on national and local body political bodies? Or why $1.9 billion was lost in the mental health system and what has happened to the billions given to Maori during the last two years – and the hundreds of millions to consultants for stuff that will never be built? And Pike River? If Gower didn’t have the guts to bring it up, it raises the question of why Luxon didn’t.

I would have to say that at least Luxon held himself in check while Hipkins went feral with nothing but a diseased bone between his molars. At the end of the debate, I had to wonder if we wanted a timid gentleman politician or a thug for Prime Minister. And there are no surprises there.

Fauci’s criminal activity continues to be exposed and more news

29 Friday Sep 2023

Fauci is a corrupt, duplicitous crook, pure and simple. How much was/is Bloomfield aware of that? We need a full independent Royal Commission to find out.

From Robert W. Malone, MS, MD at rwmalonemsmd.substack.com:

Fauci thwarted government investigations

I truly was not going to write about Fauci or the virus today. But… the news keeps rolling in.

The House Select Sub-committee on the Coronavirus Pandemic dropped a bombshell yesterday:

“Dr. Fauci was escorted into CIA headquarters… without a record to entry to participate in the analysis to “influence” the (CIA) Agency’s review…”

– House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic

Wow! So, basically Fauci impeded a CIA investigation or helped in a CIA cover-up because of the crimes he committed. That is clear because the CIA reported early on that the virus was not man-made and a DNI report generated about the origins of the virus also claimed it was most likely not man-made – that the virus jumped from animals to humans naturally in the wild. This is false. Most likely, Fauci knew and lied to the CIA. Either that, or the CIA lied and Fauci assisting the CIA in generating that lie.

Either way, Fauci must be prosecuted. There must by an independent inquiry with a special prosecutor – separate from the DOJ. Congress must authorize a special prosecutor now and continue on with their own investigations. It is time for a prosecutor to step in, so charges can be filed.
