‘What the hell are they thinking?’: Sydney bakery slammed over Hamas cupcakes
A bakery has sparked outrage after posting an image of its Hamas cupcakes and cake for a kids birthday party.
Columnist Justin Smith slammed the theme and the the bakery for making the cake for a children’s party.
“What the hell are they thinking,” Mr Smith told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“I mean if they think they are trying to help the Palestinian people on the ground the civilians … then they have got it so wrong.”
Virtual signaling. Just getting on the bandwagon and promoting themselves. How the heck do they think this helps in anyway?
