As we’ve observed, the proposal is for an average 2.6% Rates increase for the District for the July 2020 — June 2021 year, but for all Waikanae people it is over 3%.

If you don’t like that, you can tell them so.  While the likelihood of your views being heeded is minimal, it at least means they can’t say “no-one opposed our intentions.”
