That’s the chilling demand that sends a shiver down the spine. There’s the man in uniform. He controls your life: he decides whether you go or stay.
The demand for “papers” was life behind the Iron Curtain. It’s symbolic of why we had World War 2.
We have read it in books and seen it in movies. Scary.
Until recently we in New Zealand were free. No-one in uniform could demand to know who we were and our status. We were free citizens, not controlled subjects. We could travel unhindered. Our government didn’t track us.
But that was then.
This is now.
It is now decreed; a fait accompli: before the year is out we will need to carry our papers or digital ID everywhere we go. The police will be empowered to demand to see official documentation of who we are and our status. We could be innocently enjoying a cup of coffee in a café when the police arrive for a spot check. “ID, Papers!”
Our movements will be trackable. The government will know where we are and where we have been. We will need our papers up-to-date to travel within New Zealand and enter businesses or public buildings.
Our status will determine what work we can do and where we can go.
That’s what New Zealand has become.
There has been no debate, no discussion, no proposal, no vote. It has just been announced despite our Prime Minister ruling out such a ‘Vaccine’ Passport only a few short weeks ago.
We don’t know the policy, the law, the limits, or where it will end.
We are told ‘Vaccine’ Passports are necessary to protect those we love. It’s the inconvenience we must endure to be no longer shuttered at home. It’s because of a Delta virus like nothing else. The state must protect itself.
In the meantime we can’t meet, protest or speak out. Dissenting voices are ignored or punished. Our newspapers and broadcasts are now organs of government propaganda. Journalists don’t analyse government actions, declaring that the Beehive Theatrette is ‘The Podium of Truth.’
The Mainstream Media no longer give voice to questioning or opposition. They ignore or viciously attack it.
Want to see your mother in another town? Better make sure your papers show you have been injected recently. The same if you want a cup of coffee in a café or a haircut. This is the new surveillance state of New Zealand.

Yes, have changed the attribution. Some editorial emendations were made by us.

This is the dictatorship we are now living in. Our media have been brought off by the government. Our freedom of choice destroyed, our human rights destroyed. We are now living in a nazi dictatorship with a nazi leader who has gone power-crazy. She thinks the world loves her, but many countries are very concerned about her authoritarian behavior, even in the UK, they have nominated her “plank of the week” on a live chat show. The journalists on that show voiced their concern about the scary turn NZ is heading towards and say we are becoming a dictatorship. I do fear for the future freedoms of all New Zealanders. We are now being segregated, just like what happened to the Jewish people under nazi control in WW2.
