It’s possible to be both sympathetic and condemnatory at the same time about this. Although these vehicles in cities are mostly driven by egoists — the ‘Remuera Tractors’ as they are known in NZ, block views of car drivers and can intimidate when they tailgate — a sheet of paper expressing the concerns would have sufficed; all that deliberate deflation of tyres of parked vehicles will do is raise hackles and cause significant inconvenience. Some are driven by Jacinda supporters too.

The cops/government would do nothing if it was the gangs, they already let them do pretty much what they like.
