By the way if you want an example of my level of fitness I will be cycling the copper mine trail in Nelson on Sunday, all 34 km of it and 888m total climb at the age of 47 and in under 3 hours. Vegetable oil including that retched canola oil is inflammatory to the human body.
Many vegetarians feel great through an artificial and elevated sense of euphoria. It is a vitamin deficiency.

I am big on salads in the summer and stir fried in the winter, both using 8 vegetables. I use olive and avocado oil, sweet potato, fish and red meat.
I am fully aware of the omega 3 & 6 balance.
Most fish & chip shops use canola along with most restaurants and cafes.
