He was assassinated by an Islamist in Los Angeles on 6 June that year. His son, Robert F. Kennedy Jr, is running for President this year as an independent, but the disgraceful Biden denied him Secret Service protection. Legally, he is required to get it for the last 100 days of the campaign which applies from 28 July.

Interesting that you are confident that Bobby Kennedy was assassinated by a lone wolf.
Whereas “Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s firm belief [is] that Sirhan Sirhan, convicted for assassinating his father at L.A.’s Ambassador Hotel on June 5, 1968, is not the man who actually committed the murder. […]
“Sirhan was involved in the murder of my father, but he did not fire the shots that killed my father. He confessed to the murder. He pled guilty. His story is that he has no memory of it, and he stuck with that story for 60 years. But when I sat down and read the autopsy report, it became clear to me as it would to anybody who read that report, that Sirhan could not have killed my father—which is what Thomas Noguchi, the most important coroner probably in American history, concluded and wrote in his autobiography.

Eye witness John Pilger also believed that there must have been a second gunman.
Robert Kennedy, like his son, was a big supporter of Israel, but he had also become known as the anti-war candidate.
Thank you for that.
