Among other things, the CIA exposed unknowing members of the public to biological and chemical weapon materials, hallucinogenic drugs and psychological techniques aimed at mastering the art of mind control.
We can only guess at what it was developing in eastern Ukraine before the Russians decided it was time to stop it.
