In Poddębice, Poland. It wouldn’t require too much to adapt the Mahara Place fountain like this?
Would cost a fortune in consultation fees, many many years in the demolition, redesign and public consultation stage and then would need a living roof over the top of it to keep the statues safe from the rain.
I could see KCDC spending many many millions to acheive something like this .
And for many years all we would have is demolition, fenced off areas, chaos and cones everywhere trying to make sense of it all !
Could be great cash builder for the mates of the councillors though !
