Although neither the developer nor the KCDC did much to beautify the drainage ditches in the Waikanae North subdivision, this property owner has made the frontage facing Parata St look nice with flowers and at present some Christmas themes. Technically the creations aren’t on the owner’s property and are over their backyard fence, so they deserve a cheer for this.
