We’re building a new and improved Kāpiti Coast District Libraries website, and we need your help to make it easy to use.
Instead of spending heaps of money outsourcing and guessing where things should go, we’re keeping things local and asking you, our users, to show us what makes sense.
Help us test our navigation by taking our quick tree test and tell us where you’d expect to find things. There are no right or wrong answers, just your honest opinion on what’s working and what’s a bit confusing.
As a thank you, you’ll go in the draw to win a $100 Prezzy Card
The survey is confusing! If I want to know anything I use “Google” or ask at the library information counter. All this having to use an app or website is so tiresome.
and especially before you can use the ap you first need to give out email address , set up a new password with at least 27 unique combinations including capitals numbers and punctuation before you even get the chance to ask the question which by now most us older people have forgotten what it was we wanted to search for !
Technology hasnt made anything easier !
