In this example they claimed he overvalued his properties to obtain finance for his commercial operations. The judge claimed that his Florida property was worth only $US 18 million when it is clearly worth far more than that. The lenders did their own due diligence, were satisfied and the loans were repaid. End of story? Not when you’re being persecuted by politically motivated Leftists in government, including the judiciary.
