Governments being prepared at actual disaster? Now that’s an oxymoron!
The increased cold in the N and S polar regions, extending S and N, the increased wind, droughts/fires and heavy rains/deluges/floods are and always have been utterly predicted as accompanying global warming.
This is happening because of increased greenhouse gases. especially methane and CO2, added to in an increasing way by increased water vapour in the atmosphere from warmer oceans. The warmer ocieans alter currents as well so basically climate becomes chaotic and extremely difficult for all life.
Adding now alterationsof EMF everywhere includung in the earth’s outer atmospheric layers to enable 5G etc, and consequences are increasingly dire.
And the cause basically is the human species since civilization allowed population growth. This number is not sustainable as we ask so much of our planet. [This is inspite of wars and famines and disease]
I’m human [not AI, and like life and have 2 childrren and two grandchildren. I don’t like the situation in the world along with the increasing authoritarian control and quickly decreasing freedom of speech. This latter is a fundemental need for a decent political system.

N= North Pole, S= South Pole, then extending South from the North [as in N America now, and North from the South. Shame you haven’t bothered to use some of your assumed intelligence. I assure you I am well up with science in very many fields.
