His dealer won’t have any difficulty interacting with him at home.
Now there’s a deterrent sentence.
Until these judges personally experience this kind of crime they will never understand they care more for the perpetrators than the victims. I know of a case where the perpetrator got 4 months home detention for threatening to rape and cut the throat of a 12 year old girl and cut the throat of her father and actually went to their home however did not get into the house. Police did not appeal the sentence!
