Concerned Ratepayers Kapiti encourages residents to attend the upcoming Special General Meeting being called by Coastal Ratepayers United (CRU).
This meeting has been convened to discuss the Judicial Review now underway, including:
- Why this step has been taken
- The process and events that led to it
- What happens next for the community
From what has been outlined, this was not a decision made lightly. The Judicial Review reflects concerns about the Council’s approach and whether there has been sufficient opportunity for fair and open engagement along the way.
