Presumably he means the most homosexuals and quite how he knows that raises speculation. But most people don’t give a Stuff about who others go to bed with and what they do when there, as long as it’s consenting adults involved. Libertarians do care about coersion, corruption, grooming of minors and child sex abuse.
Just about everyone would prefer to have the country run justly, fairly, honestly and safely for all its citizens.
