Ruapehu Street is the one which goes east directly next to the east side of the Paraparaumu train station. When coming from Waikanae go straight ahead (rather than follow SH1) when you pass Boat City; you get to Ruapehu Street as a T junction after about 1 km; then turn left and follow the signs.
