An event to mark on those newly hung calendars — twelve private gardens will be open to the public over the weekend of 30th and 31st January 2016. Gardens range from very large to some on quite small sections, but all have been chosen as they have something interesting to offer. The cost is $20 per head with children under 15 free. In addition to a display of gardens there will be morning and afternoon teas and lunches available. Funds raised will be donated to the Wellington Free Ambulance and Arthritis New Zealand.
