Retirees in Waikanae feeling a little lonely have been able to call in to the CAMEO (Come and Meet Each Other) shop in Mahara Place to meet others in the same situation for 23 years. It was instigated by Alison Vautier who was the subject of tonight’s ‘Good Sorts’ on TV One, which screens each Sunday at the end of the 6 pm news hour.
