The appropriateness of bunnies as an Easter theme in NZ is questionable considering the amount of damage that wild rabbits do to the environment including good quality pasture. In Queensland, keeping rabbits as pets is banned.
We also say no further purchases of Cadbury’s chocolate and confectionery in the light of their closure of the Dunedin factory, ending their long presence in NZ manufacturing. NZ Herald article
