We wonder how much this cost. It has only had 172 views on YouTube.
How about KCDC maintaining and clearing the drains which carry the water away?
I have to mow your bloody berms for you, I’m not going to sweep the road as well.
I suggest that the council gets rid of a few staff and stops wasting money. It can then carry out the maintenance that it is charged to do.
