Our Waikanae Town Centre Market is full to bursting with lots of new stallholders including Pottery by Sue, with pukekos strutting and possums climbing up totara poles, familiar faces like the Menzshed selling bird feeders — warm clothing and wet weather clothing, music on two stages and small and large children’s entertainment (Shane’s eBikes!).
Don’t miss it! Being in the Marae Car Park as well as the Main Road and East/West Mahara Place will make it feel a lot more spacious and easier to browse round the stalls.
And look out for some of the lovely members of HUHANZ wandering around with their canine friends at this market too – we’re fundraising for them this year to thank them for all the amazing work they do, particularly during and after the Nelson fires. 😊
