PM Jacinda’s new Human Rights Commissioner Paul Hunt, who has a British Labour Party background, needs to appreciate that.
Absolutely agree with ‘Kauri’, but it sounds suspiciously like ‘Identitarianism’, which is a heresy. However, ‘pakeha’ are told their heritage is nothing other than colonial exploitation’ and supposed ‘white privilege’. Ironically, Friedrich Engels in 1844 wrote an excellent book called The Conditions of the Working Class in England, prior to coming under Marx’s ideological shadow, which dispels the neo-Marxist fallacy of the ‘white privilege’ of the forefathers of many of us.
