Last night I nearly collided with a cyclist who had no lights, but was wearing a white mask. The first would have significantly improved his safety, the second did nothing; in fact increasing the amount of recycled carbon dioxide being breathed in would have been detrimental.

If cyclists loyal to Dear Leader feel they have to wear a mask to show that, this one that can be seen by drivers at night would be useful. But it’s still not a substitute for lights!
