Our new show featuring sculpted birds created by 93 tauira (students) from two Ōtaki kura has charmed and moved many visitors. It is extended by a beautiful book and film of tamariki reading their poems – an all-local production! This is our contribution to the mid-winter season of Matariki, supporting matauranga Māori, whakawhanaungatanga (relationships) and taiao (environment).
