A sad, distressing, and disappointing day in the life (and history) of NZ. This is not the NZ we know …………… police brutality. Yes, we have seen this police brutality in Australia (rubber bullets included), in the US of A, et al (china, ex USSR, countries of South America, Africa).
The “establishment in NZ” have lowered to the lowest.
Yes, there are those who will take every opportunity to express frustration and violence given the opportunity, against the establishment. Those in Wellington, have been peaceful – until the “gestapo in blue fronted”.
I checked out the NZ msm news websites (Stuff, Newshub, TV 1) ……….. what a surprise, and the police are “exempary” in their behaviour. The politicians, and jabcinda, in full support. Even, a National MP withdrawing her post in her earlier support of the movement. Goodness me.
Jabcinda had this to say …………… Speaking to reporters in Auckland (jabcinda, you are in Auckland, when you should be fronting the movement in Wellington ………. trudeau the second !!) on Thursday – “I’ve been in Parliament for over a decade, I’ve seen a number of protests in my time of different sizes. This is certainly not the largest I’ve seen,”. And, with her “toothy-smug-smile”. A leader, my foot – better known as outright arrogance. Jabcinda thinks she knows it all …………. well !!!
The woman is delusional, along with her puppy dog followers; blindly believing that she is the “messiah for NZ”.
I sit here, far away from my country, watching videos, and reading reports, of my country in turmoil.
Jabcinda, you and your lackies (Coster included) …………….. a very sad, distressing, and disappointing day for New Zealand.
The protestors have a big cause but oh I wish they were better organised and frankly for some better presented in appearance. Tht visual impression (TV) is so important. If the protestors were wanting to win public support from middle NZ they failed,. Vitally important as that winning over middle NZ will translate into votes at next year’s election.
Notwithstanding the police are not earning respect – they failed.
The shrill, strident Police Assn., president Cahill is a P.R.negative for police.
Adern and her gutless cabinet cronies are a disgrace to democracy.
That photo doesn’t ‘say it all’ there is much more to be said and the photo of the cop putting his full weight onto the young man’s head as he crushes it into the grass says a lot more about the disgusting police brutality Ardern’s cousin is obviously happy to inflict on peaceful anti mandate protesters. Another photo which tells us a whole lot is of Luxon staring out of a window at Parliament too cowardly to come out and talk to the protesters.
Fortunately word is spreading around the world now of New Zealand’s shame and Ardern’s days, like Trudeau’s, must surely be numbered now.
