There seems to be no leadership taking responsibility and they have the multiple excuse of covid, supply and staff issues. I am sure KCDC are applying pressure but with no response.”
I didnt realise that it was NZTA doing the job , I guess we should expect delays and millions of $S$ over-runs ! do hope they are compensating the butcher shop , the bookshop and other business who are having to operate with reduced business access in the destruction zone !
