What’s in this report to Tuesday’s WCB Meeting isn’t news and replacing it was an issue at the time of the last local elections in 2019.

That nothing has happened since then only means the cost of replacing it has jumped. However, the value of the land has jumped also. It’s in a good location, but the thin shape of the lot (section) isn’t good.

Some better locations have come on to the market since, but unfortunately with houses on them, not vacant lots. Unless a property comes on the market in a good location with a small dwelling but on a big lot, rebuilding the hall where it is seems the obvious choice.
