No you have made the error of confusing fascism for socialism. They just cut the part out where they take the cows and sell the proceeds, they now just take the proceeds directly from you.
We should add Maori-Party-ism: only cows owned by non-Maori cause Global warming, therefore non-Maori must give their cows to Maori.
Or Maori owned cows are indigenous so the rules don’t apply as they are an integral part of the NZ bioecosphere.
