This is a worry. So what if the PM designates someone without reasonable grounds? I know from dealing with WCC that given a legal inch they’ll take an illegal mile.
Let’s not forget the Stuff/Green Party campaign to make out anyone within 5 degrees of separation from Voices for Freedom to be a violent insurrectionist.
