Recent discussion on Neighbourly has identified a current scam being worked locally by a tall Indian chap posing as a Trustpower salesperson and offering good deals and a giveaway.
Trustpower have stated that this person has nothing to do with them and the Police have been informed.
He has been seen off from several properties in Waikanae.
John saw him on Belvedere Rd while walking [dog] Luca.
He looks the real deal but is a fraud.
I’m pretty sure this is the same dude that was going around Te Moana Road over the weekend at 6pm, I was wondering why he was walking around in the dark.
