Waikanae’s town centre would benefit with one of these — carved in white Oamaru stone so that it doesn’t look like a pigeon. It would represent a belief in and commitment to peace and harmony.

I have to say it looks less like a Dove and more like an Elephant turd.
Rather apt when looking at the racial postures of our degenerate council.
