This is the video which was screening at the council’s pop-in sessions last week.

As mentioned in an earlier post, the council has decided to call it Te Ara Whetū (passage of the stars) when it should be called Waikanae Library with its translation — Te whare pukapuka o Waikanae. It could put Te Ara Whetū there as a slogan.

Plans are on this page of the KCDC website. We asked if more books will be on display than before and the guy said yes. However, they are talking about ‘rotations’ of stock also.
