There aren’t many capital projects that have involved that kind of money, but there are some that come to mind such as the $10 million wasted on the ‘living roof’ bus yard at Paraparaumu station.

Hopefully if there is a prosecution, the culprit will not get name suppression which judges seem to give anyone powerful these days.
